I was fortunate enough to attend several virtual wellness workshops with Julie Palumbo via my place of work.  I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed these sessions!  They were informative, educational, and loads of fun!  I learned so much about how to stick to a structured plan, choose healthy options, and how to be my “best whole self.”  In addition, Julie provided very useful meal plans, including several fabulous healthy recipes, which were a big hit with my family!  You can’t go wrong with Julie’s knowledge and expertise in health and wellness!

Julie is an amazing health coach and teacher.  She helped me organize a virtual zoom cooking demo and happy hour with my motivational group that I support.  We had 40 people on the call for a little over an hour and Julie demonstrated some easy healthy cooking techniques and a lot of us followed along with her!  It was extremely fun and informative and all of the people that attended were motivated to continue eating healthy.  Julie made the session informative and had great follow up plans and recipes. I would highly recommend this service to anyone interested in being healthy and learning more about wellness!
