As a Crohn’s patient

I know that not all foods are tolerated by everyone and improving one’s health is not a one-size-fits-all approach, therefore, I create customized programs based on each individual’s needs and goals. 

And, as a mom..

I know how important it is to feel your best at all times so that you can be there for those who depend on you most.

I believe that being healthy is about maintaining a balance that allows you to enjoy life while creating the proper foundation to give you a better tomorrow. I know for a fact that it is important to reach the optimal level of both physical and emotional health because without one, we cannot enjoy the other.

This has led me to my personal motto, "It is not about being skinny, it's about being your BEST WHOLE SELF", for which my business is named.

Professional Experience

Julie specializes in 1:1 Health Coaching and customized Corporate Wellness Workshops that focus on increasing immune function with healthier eating habits, reducing stress without the use of food or drink, and increasing energy levels.  She also works closely with individuals who suffer from IBD and IBS, helping them create a proper diet and lifestyle that helps relieve symptoms and reduce chronic pain.

Julie has been featured on several podcasts, including iHeartRadio and RadioMD, So Rude Podcast, and has served as a guest on MyNEWPhilly.com, PHL17 Morning Show, WMBC News, ReachMD, and Times Square Today. She has also previously hosted DisruptHealth, an online TV program creating compelling conversations about health and wellness.
