Yes! I work with men and women, including those navigating chronic illness. My approach is tailored to your lifestyle, health history, and goals whether you’re managing a condition or simply want to feel your best.

Absolutely. My programs are designed for busy professionals. We focus on realistic strategies that fit into your current routine, not add to your stress.

I do not take insurance, but my services are often eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. I’m happy to provide documentation to help with that process.

My focus is on long-term, sustainable change, which is why I offer multi-session programs. However, if you’re looking for a strategy session or single consult, feel free to reach out and we can explore what’s possible.

Most nights, we rush through our bedtime routines while washing up, applying lotion, and hopping straight into bed. But what if you turned that moment into a mini vacation?

Tonight, instead of slathering on lotion while half-thinking about tomorrow’s to-do list, take a pause. Slow down. Breathe.

💆🏻‍♀️ Turn lotion into luxury: Massage it into your skin with intention, as if you’re at a spa. Notice the texture, the scent, and how it feels to care for yourself.

🌺 Create an experience: Play soft music, dim the lights, or even light a candle. For 10 minutes, let this be your escape from the busyness of the day.

6abc Healthy Hacks for Back-to-School Segment

Turkey Meatball Recipe

Turkey Meatballs
Makes 20-24

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. gluten free breadcrumbs (or regular if you are not gluten free)
1 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Directions:

1.Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  1. Roll into 2-inch balls, and evenly place on a non-stick baking pan.
  2. Bake on 350F for 30 minutes.
    Note: You can freeze them for up to 1 month.
    Cooking tools needed:
    ● 1 large bowl
    ● Measuring spoons
    ● Measuring cups
    ● 2 non-stick baking pans
